More from the Park

July 19^th

Hi everyone. Today we had the opportunity to take the children from the Casa to the town park for three hours. After lots of play, balloons and laughter they had a sack lunch. We had planned to take them to a local ice cream store a couple blocks from the park but instead we stopped a local ice cream man and bought all their ice cream (thanks to Jeff C). The kids had a great time… and so did we. The weather was cooled down today which allowed a comfortable day for outside work. It’s enjoyable working with the men from Piedro Viva; they are always so joyful…..and very hard workers. I’m really enjoying our team devotion time together in the evening and sharing what we are seeing God do here. I can see the fruits of our labor and time.

To my HFG; Debbie, Roz, Linda, Rose, Hope, Karen, Cleora, Sylvia……miss all of you. Are Sue and I still welcome after a brush with the law? We have lots to share. See you next Monday night.
